Air Quality Monitoring & Control System
engineered end-to-end.
An indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring and control system built around a wall-mounted touchscreen panel. It continuously measures CO₂, VOC, particulate matter (PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.0 and PM10), temperature and humidity, shows a live air quality index, and switches ventilation equipment — exhaust fans, air purifiers and fresh-air dampers — automatically through relay outputs. Panels connect over Ethernet to a fleet dashboard that can run on a local server or in the cloud, so multiple rooms, buildings or sites can be monitored and controlled from one place.

Every panel, one screen — on your server or in the cloud.
A server and web dashboard brings all panels in a building, campus or across multiple sites together. Deploy it the way that suits you: on a Windows or Linux server on your local network — fully offline, with no internet required — or in the cloud for access from anywhere. Panels report over secure MQTT; operators watch air quality across every room and control equipment from any browser.

- Fleet view: AQI, PM2.5, CO₂, temperature and humidity for every panel, sorted worst-first, with online / offline status
- Panel detail: live readings and history charts from 1 hour to 1 year for every parameter
- Remote relay control: switch each output between Auto and Manual, ON / OFF, from the browser
- User levels (super admin, site admin, operator, viewer) limited to their own sites, with an audit log
- Secure by design: per-panel login, TLS-encrypted connections, only registered panels accepted
- Tested with 5,000 simulated panels on a single server
What it does.
- Large wall-mounted touchscreen with a live air quality index
- CO₂, VOC, PM1.0 / PM2.5 / PM4.0 / PM10, temperature and humidity
- Five relay outputs: exhaust fan, air purifier, fresh-air damper, alarm buzzer and an auxiliary load
- Automatic control by air quality, with manual ON / OFF override per output
- On-screen trends and configurable settings
- Ethernet LAN connectivity with MQTT for building-wide monitoring
- Runs fully offline on a local network, or connected to the cloud
- Clean wall-mount design with all connectors on the bottom face
- Fleet dashboard for multi-panel monitoring and remote control — on-premises or cloud
Electronics first.
