IDEAS Inc (“we”, “us”) runs ideasinc-ind.com. This page explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you contact us: your name, email address, company and message, sent through the contact form.
When you place an order request or pay: your name, email, phone number, company, delivery address, GSTIN (if given), order notes and the items in your order. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only the payment reference and status.
Website analytics, only if you click “Accept”: Google Analytics records anonymous usage information, such as pages visited, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and how you reached us. We use it only to see which pages are useful. If you decline, no analytics code runs.
In your browser: your shopping cart and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they’re remembered between visits. They aren’t sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
- To process, invoice, ship and support your orders, including GST invoicing
- To improve the website, using analytics only with your consent
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who processes it for us
- Google Workspace: our email, where enquiries and orders arrive
- Razorpay: payment processing
- Google Analytics: website statistics, only with your consent
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts the website. Form submissions pass through the website server to our email; they are not kept on it.
These providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: as long as needed to respond and continue the conversation
- Order and invoice records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires
- Analytics data: kept by Google under our property’s retention setting
Your choices and rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. To change your analytics choice at any time, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. For any request or complaint, email info@ideasinc-ind.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
